Simplicity

Currently inspired by natural woodgrains, nature and simplicity. I'm probably breaking some blogging rule by reposting these, but I find them so fascinating and lovely. From Bmjnyc's etsy.

perfectly imperfect

I am quite fond of raedunn's simple ceramic works. Each natural and unique.

Kelli Jo

Kelli Jo's Flickr page has some lovely images which transport me to my favourite old-time European fairytale.

DIY ruffle belt

I'm pretty sure your next outfit needs some more ruffles. Luckily, 100 Layer Cake has kindly provided us with a tutorial on how to make one of these lovely ruffle belts. How wonderful.

Ginny and Ed

I know this did the blog rounds a while ago, but I still find the photographs from this 20s themed wedding simply stunning. The little capelet is gorgeous (I'm planning on making one as soon as I find some time) and the colours are so lovely. I never really thought theme weddings could work (especially after seeing 27 dresses) but this simply stunning.

Rose and Ruby

Ever since I was little I've wanted to have a business selling somthing I'd made. Clothing, photography, hand crafts, flowers, artwork, it didn't matter what it was. Just so long as it was beautiful, I'd made it and people wanted to buy it. I always wanted a name with the words 'ruby' and 'rose' however I was prepared to settle with 'Chloe', 'lace' or 'pearl'. Then I discovered Rose and Ruby. I'm saddened that Rose and Ruby stole my name, but it really couldn't have gone to a more lovely company. (I secretly knew it would be gone, even before I googled it.) I am in love with their romantic designs and especially adore their slik flowers. They source fine french lace and design for the woman who is modern, sophisticated and effortlessly chic. They base their designs on elegance, romance and beauty. It relly sounds like the wonderous design house of heaven to me. *sigh* If only...

Juice

I've had my eye on these lovelies by Lucy Hope for a while now. I really love the colours of the first and the hair all together is too cute. I was reminded again of these after some more flipping through the latest Frankie Magazine. You can purchase these as cards from Leeloo.

Georgie Love

It is true that I do all of these things. I especially dream of Paris and I want to live in Chile because Philosophy is part of the national school curriculum there. I also do love tea parties, oh so lovely. I suppose I heart all three of these thing equally. It's just my luck that I stumbled across these in the latest issue of Frankie Magazine. Pretty vintage fabrics and all, these are made by the lovely Sophie Isobel of Georgie Loves. Find these three here, here and here.
